Congratulations to the football team on their victory over WAO on Friday night in the Quarterfinals of State. This means that they are now playing Mountain Lake Area on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 9:00 at the US BANK STADIUM.
There will be no school this Friday, November 15th, due to the football game.
Fan bus sign up is in the office – the cost of the fan bus is $30.
Last call on Section Championship shirts! One more order will be submitted Monday morning for those that did not get in on the last order. Your order must be in the office or to Nicole Cook by Monday at 10 am. Shirts will be in by Thursday morning, payment must be received before shirts handed out.

As you should already be aware, the football team defeated WAO on Friday and has advanced to the state semi-finals for the first time in school history. They will be playing at 9:00 am on Friday, November 15 at US Bank Stadium. Below I will list important information and dates/times.

- Pep fest Thursday morning right after the second bell. More details on the schedule of the pep fest will come throughout the week.
- Tunnel formed outside for the team immediately after the Pep fest (9:00ish) as they load their bus to depart
- Pep band/cheerleaders will be departing early on Thursday as well (1:00ish).
- Advanced tickets are on sale online ONLY (see http://mshsl.org/tickets/)
- Fire Marshal will be here on Wednesday, so keep that in mind with your decorations and encouraging posters.
- Dressing Up This Week:
- Tuesday: Let’s dress in Red, White, and Blue again to keep the school spirit flowing;
- Wednesday: Wear Orange to take a stand against bullying;
- Thursday: Get as much Red, White, and Blue into this school as it is humanly possible to remind the players we are behind them.
- Friday: No theme dress at the game as of yet, just plan to fill US Bank with RED, WHITE, and BLUE.
Due to the State Football game on Friday the Financial Aid Night scheduled for Thursday night will be postponed. Juniors and seniors will be notified of the later date when it becomes available.
Winter sports picture day will be on Wednesday, November 27th.
Lunch today will be chicken nuggets, smiley fries, fruit, and milk choice. Breakfast on Tuesday will be breakfast pizza or cereal, cheese stick, fruit, juice, and milk choice. Lunch on Tuesday will be a hot dog on bun, baked beans, baked chips, fruit, and milk choice.
