Head Varsity Volleyball Coach

Date Closing: Until Filled

Primary Objective:

  • Provide instruction, coaching, and leadership to student-athletes to develop skills associated with a strong volleyball program.
  • Hold players to a high standard of academic, behavioral, and athletic success.
  • Promote educational values, sportsmanship, teamwork, and other core values in helping teach life lessons.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of volleyball & the MSHSL rules and regulations
  • Coaching Experience
  • MSHSL Head Coaching Course completion (or willingness to)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Overview:

Win-E-Mac has a rich history of volleyball tradition and success. We are looking for a candidate with the knowledge and motivation to help drive our entire program on a track of excellence, hard work, and success.

Skills Needed:

Effective communication, organizational, and managerial skills. Ability to stay up-to-date on coaching strategies/techniques with the goal of putting the skills learned to use. Flexibility to work closely with the activities director, administration, school staff, and all other coaches to help better Win-E-Mac as a whole.
