Yesterday, the MSHSL board voted 15-3 to reinstate football and volleyball in the fall. The board had previously voted to move football and volleyball to the spring. More information to follow in the coming days. For now, here are a few related announcements:
- Anyone who wants to join Cheerleading: Please send Coach Angie Shimpa an email at ashimpa@wemschools.org. The first practice is on Monday, September 28 at 5:15 pm, outside the Arts and Events Center Door.
- Attention Junior High Football Players: Practice for seventh and eighth graders will start on Monday, September 28. Meet at the football shed to get gear. Practice will run from 3:30 to 5 PM each day, Monday-Friday. I will share the game schedule when it has been set. Thanks, Coach Svalen
