Minnesota Launches “Vax to School” Campaign

This week, Minnesota launched “Vax to School” — a statewide campaign encouraging students and families to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the beginning of the school year. Minnesota is launching this campaign five weeks out from the first day of school — the length of time it takes for a student to go from their first dose of Pfizer vaccine to fully vaccinated.

The “Vax to School” campaign will highlight voices from educators, pediatricians, and parents on the safety, efficacy, and critical need to get students 12 years of age and older vaccinated against this virus before school starts.

Sharing the importance of getting vaccinated with our friends, neighbors and loved ones is how we build the level of broad protection to keep our communities safe. Every voice matters. For more information, visit www.mn.gov/vaccine.
