Bidding is open for the ice fishing house built by Mr. Johnson’s shop class. Here are the specs:
- The ice fishing house is 8′ x 14′ with a V front.
- There are 6 holes with covers and lights (plus the ability exists to add additional spearing holes through the frame), and a separate room for storage or a bathroom, with additional storage under the benches.
- There is a cedar finish on the inside with vinyl plank flooring and MinnKota vinyl windows.
- There is a vented thermostat-controlled furnace and spray foam insulation, as well as exterior mounts for propane tanks. It is wired for both 12v and 120v, with an exterior RV plug for generator hook-up.
- The trailer frame is the same as an Ice Castle. The drop trailer is wired for trailer brakes and has a 2” trailer coupler.

Bidding for the ice fishing house is set for $250 increments. You are welcome to enter whatever your “maximum” bid would be. For example, if bidding is currently at $15,750, you will be asked to enter a number that is $16,000 or higher. You are welcome to enter $17,000, but you would only pay $16,000 if no one outbids that price. If someone bids $16,250, they will automatically be outbid (raising bidding to $16,500) because your maximum is still above that amount. You will only be outbid if bidding goes above the maximum you entered ($17,000).
You will receive an email whenever you are outbid. In testing, these emails came through right away, but Win-E-Mac Auctions is not liable if there are delays. You will also receive an email if you win the auction, reminding you to come to the Win-E-Mac School to pay for and pick up the ice fishing house.
