The grandson of master sleuth Sherlock Holmes is trying to make it as a private eye. Unfortunately, Sherwood Holmes is not quite up to his illustrious ancestor Sherlock, a fact pointed out to him by the descendant of Doctor Watson. Thrust into a marvelous murder mystery, young Sherwood tries desperately to rise to the occasion, but his brilliant solution is apparently no more than a humorous disaster. However, Holmes still retains a bit of the classic brilliance attached to his name and, in an exciting climax… well, you will just have to come to the show and see whether Sherwood achieves anything in the end!
Performances are Saturday, April 30th (at 7 pm) and Sunday, May 1st (at 3 pm). This play, directed by Bruce McWilliam forty-one years ago, featured Joel Kangas in the Holmes role, now reprised by his son, Jadon. Other students on stage include Savahanna, Sydney, & Cameron Svalen, Bridget Roggenbuck, Teagan Paulson, Rebecca Armey, Anisha Saeland, Evie Ryan, Lillian Shimpa, and Ben Tollefson. A tribute video to Mr. Mac will be displayed at intermission during both performances. Admission is a free-will offering. Hope to see you there!
