Families of Win-E-Mac Schools:
If you know someone over the age of 55 who loves putting smiles on children’s faces, the Foster Grandparent Program is a place for them. The Foster Grandparent volunteer works in partnership with teachers in the classroom to provide mentoring, tutoring, and supervision to students who would benefit from extra special attention.
The volunteer would work in small groups or one on one with students with spelling words, reading, writing, or reminders to listen to the teacher.
