We have received several school supply donations from generous donors! If you are in need of school supplies, please fill out this form. Please fill out the form by Monday, August 28th if you would like supplies for the upcoming school year. They will be placed on your child’s desk on the first day of school prior to arrival. If you are in need of a backpack, those will be able to be picked up at our Open House from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 30th.
For elementary: You will simply be asked to provide the student’s name, grade, and teacher. We will use the teacher’s school supply list to determine which supplies will be packed for your student.
For high school: You will be asked to provide the student’s name and grade and which supplies you need.
