Congratulations to the Win-e-Mac art students who attended the Region 8 Art Festival in Fosston. They did a fabulous job! Together they received 3 Excellent Certificates, 13 Superior Awards and 3 Spotlight on the Arts awards (best in category). Spotlight recipients are Emily Strom (drawing), Claudia Kutsev (ceramics) and Lauren Kaupang (printmaking). These students can advance to the state art show!! Great job and Congratulations!
Bus #1 schedule for the week of April 2-5th, 2024 will be. No AM route on Wednesday, April 3rd and Friday, April 5th. The PM route will run as normal. As always, thank you for understanding. Have a great break!
Tonight, the UND Fight Hawk Volleyball team will be coming to Win-E-Mac as part of their Green and White tour. At 6:30 there will be a Q&A session that is open to all WEM Volleyball players and their families. At 7:30 the Green and White scrimmage will take place in the main gym, which is open to anyone.
Prom Grand March & Dance – All prom attendees must be signed-up and pay attendance fees ahead of time. Win-E-Mac seniors/juniors are invited to attend the prom. Attendees are expected to wear formal attire if possible. Sophomores and former graduates (under age 21) may attend as a guest of a WEM senior or junior. The cost to attend is $20 each. Return forms (from Mrs. Winter’s room) with payment directly to Mrs. Winter.
After Prom Party Games Event – After Prom is a separate sign-up and fee for each individual. Forms are available in the office and Mrs. Winter’s room. If bringing a guest, you must attend the grand march and dance part of Prom with your guest. You do not have to attend the prom to attend the after prom. After Prom is Free, be sure to fill out your form and select your Dip N Dot flavor preference. Also sign-up with Mrs. Winter.
Lunch today will be tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich, fresh fruit and vegetables and milk choice. Breakfast on Tuesday will be French toast sticks or cereal and cheese stick. Lunch on Tuesday will be spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic toast, fresh fruit and vegetables and milk choice.
