The fourth-grade classrooms have been working on biographies during the months of April and May. We will be having a living “wax museum” scheduled for May 17th from 9:00- 10:30 AM in the Arts & Events Center.
Each student picked a famous person in history that they wanted to research and report on. They then wrote a biography of that person’s life. During the wax museum, each student will dress up as that person. They will be standing by a cup and when the visitors put money in the cup, they will “come alive” as the person they are representing. All the money made will be donated to the Humane Society of Polk County, so please give generously!
Please bring some money with you to school and participate in the wax museum on May 17th from 9:00-10:30 AM in the event center. Everyone is welcome to come in and see the greatest show in the event center that day!
We hope to see you soon!
