The ParentVUE portal gives parents web and mobile access to grades, forms, and other information. This year, we are moving required forms from paper packets to completely online. All parents need ParentVUE access to fill out the required forms this year. These forms are in a module called “Online Registration”. Even if your child is not new to the district, these forms still need to be completed. Thankfully, all the information we currently have for existing students is automatically pulled into the forms from our databases as you fill them out, so all you need to do is verify the information, which ultimately means less for parents to fill out!
How do I sign up for ParentVUE?
Email our front office secretary, Erin Lisburg (elisburg@wemschools.org). Erin will send you a seven-digit “activation key”. Then, go to this website: wemschools.org/synergy. It will redirect you to the correct ParentVUE and StudentVUE links for WEM (do not just search ParentVUE, as you may end up in the wrong district). Click on “I am a parent”, then “Activate Account”, then “I accept”. Enter your first and last name and your activation key. From there, you’ll be asked to create your username and password… and you’re done!
While Online Registration does work better on a bigger screen, you might find it convenient to download the ParentVUE app. If you do, you’ll need to enter the correct URL into that app. You can copy and paste it from the bottom of the ParentVUE login page (the “I am a parent” page). The correct links to the iPhone and Android apps are also on the bottom of that page.
