The Winger Lions Club will be at our school next week on Tuesday 10/1 and Wednesday 10/2 for our vision screen. We screen our students once a year for both hearing and vision.
Winger Lions Club requires a signed permission slip for your child to participate in the vision screen. Please complete the attached form and return with your student. If we do not have a signed permission slip, your student will not be able to participate in the vision screen.
