Happy Bus Driver Day!! Today is National Bus Driver Day – our bus drivers do a lot for the district getting our kids to school and back home again safe and sound, among other duties. Please remember to thank your bus driver when you get on the bus this afternoon! School bus drivers provide a consistent adult figure for children and become a part of their routines every day, supporting students, schools, and communities. This event seeks to spark public appreciation for school bus drivers, increase awareness of the unique challenges this industry is facing, and highlight school bus driving as a highly skilled, critical profession. Please take time to thank your bus driver!!!
Driver’s Education Classroom will begin on Monday, March 3rd. Registration forms are in the office. Students need to be 15 years old by June 1st to enroll in the class. The class is limited to the first 20 students to sign up.
Reminder: Early dismissal at 12:30 on February 20th for Parent teacher conferences.

Locker rooms will be locked during the school day, only being unlocked to let PE students in to get changed. Store all personal items (INCLUDING YOUR WINTER JACKET) that you might need throughout the day in your hallway locker, as you will not be allowed in the locker room.
Prom Grand March & Dance Sign-Up through Feb 28th: Win-E-Mac seniors/juniors are invited to attend the prom. Prom is May 3rd with grand march at 7:00, Dance from 8-11 PM. Attendees are expected to wear formal attire if possible. Sophomores and former graduates (under age 21) may attend as a guest of a WEM senior or junior. The cost to attend is $20 each. Return blue forms (from Mrs. Winter’s room) with payment directly to Mrs. Winter. All prom attendees must be signed-up and pay attendance fees ahead of time. Forms & payment are due Feb 28th.
Lunch today will be taco in a bag, fresh fruit and vegetables and milk choice. Breakfast on Thursday will be muffin, yogurt or cereal and cheese stick. Lunch on Thursday will be grilled chicken sandwich, smiley fries, baked beans, fresh fruit and vegetables and milk choice.
