Win-E-Mac School District is seeking a dedicated and dynamic K-12 Principal to lead our students and staff in fostering a positive learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an instructional leader committed to student achievement, staff collaboration, and community engagement.

- Title: K-12 Principal
- Location: Win-E-Mac School, Erskine, MN
- Start Date: July 1, 2025 (2025-2026 School year)
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Principal License required
- Experience in educational leadership preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to student success and staff development
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000-$105,000, based on experience and qualifications
