Win-E-Mac is proud to announce some new opportunities for community members, businesses, alumni, and friends to get more involved in supporting Patriot extra/co-curricular activities. We have multiple corporate sponsorship opportunities available. With these sponsorship opportunities we hope to provide families & businesses with advertising, reinforce the relationship & commitment that Win-E-Mac has throughout our communities, and expand the experience students have at Win-E-Mac by improving equipment, updating/branding, and expanding on what we already offer students.
We are happy to provide multiple sponsorship packages covering a wide range of financial commitments, allowing for a variety of people and organizations to show their support. An overview of package details:
- Indoor Digital Scoreboard Ads: $250-Bronze, $500-Silver. Our scoreboard allows for ads/sponsorship to be seen throughout all volleyball and basketball games. Ads will be placed on a timer so all ads purchased will rotate through a considerable amount of times during a given evening. Bronze package covers the Ad banner at the bottom of the scoreboard screen with the silver package providing additional opportunities during pregame, timeouts, halftime, and in the App (where ads will be seen 24 hours a day 365 days a year). - Softball Field Fence Signage: $400 year one-with creation of the sign, $250 per each additional year. You are able to choose to advertise on our main field, secondary field, or with two sponsorships, both. Signs will be 4’ x 8’ in size and made of the same material as our big windscreen/banner on our football field bleachers.
- Stadium Chairs: $75 each. These are the portable seats with backrests that can be placed on bleachers to provide spectators with a cushioned seat with a backrest, providing a more comfortable fan experience. Chairs will have the WEM Name/Logo on the front with your personal name or business name on the back. Stadium chairs will be stored on a cart at WEM available for any spectators to take and use that evening and then return to the cart. You may have seen this opportunity when attending games at Crookston or Sacred Heart.
- Additional Opportunities: There are also opportunities for sponsorship with the fieldhouse project, baseball field signs, and some more long term projects. Contact information for those opportunities are on the included form.
