Wednesday, October 15, the Winger Lions will be at WEM helping with vision screenings.
The Winger Lions Club offers free vision screenings for children using specialized technology called the Plus Optix Vision Screener, which can detect conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and lazy eye. These screenings are part of the Lions KidSight program and are designed to identify children who may need a follow-up comprehensive eye exam with a doctor. The screening is a non-invasive process that provides results in seconds, and consent forms are required for participation.
